Bold flavors, fun textures

Our approach to baking is simple: make it enjoyable to eat and full of flavor. Does our baked goods always look good? No but neither do we.

Each baked good is tested against a plethora of individuals. Individuals rank their personal preferences on foods: tolerance for bittersweet, icing preferences, ideal ice cream texture, and so on. From there our testers provide feedback on texture, flavor profile, appearance, and level of sweetness.

Then we throw away those results and go for what’s tastiest.
