The (G)inger Butter Mini Cake

A tender yellow cake subtly spiced with ground ginger, soaked in a warm cardamom-ginger simple syrup for extra depth and moisture. The center is layered with a silky cardamom-ginger Swiss meringue buttercream and a bright swipe of lingonberry, adding a tart contrast to the spice.
